ART Therapeutic Intensives
When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough: A concentrated therapy option for clients seeking focused support in a brief format.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) intensives provide a structured, concentrated format for individuals who want to engage in deeper therapeutic work beyond traditional weekly sessions. This approach allows for greater continuity, reduced interruption, and more intentional progress. ART intensives are available to individuals both within and outside of Arizona who are able to travel for in-person sessions.

ART intensives may be a good fit for individuals who:
Feel ready to directly address trauma or distressing past experiences
Notice lingering anxiety linked to past events or recurring triggers
Feel “stuck” in patterns that have not shifted with traditional therapy
Prefer fewer, longer sessions due to scheduling or personal preference
Have a primary therapist and are seeking complementary support for deeper, more focused processing
The Process
1. Consultation
We begin with a consultation to determine whether an ART intensive is appropriate based on your needs, goals, and clinical history. We will also discuss the cost of the intensive.
2. Preparation
You will receive guidance on what to expect, how to prepare, and how sessions will be structured. You will be sent intake paperwork to complete online prior to beginning the intensive. Intensives are conducted in office. Here is an example intensive schedule format (will be tailored to the client’s needs and wants):
Day 1: intake appointment, 90-120 minutes depending on needs, in the morning; first ART session, 90-120 minutes, in the afternoon
Day 2: ART session, 90-120 minutes depending on needs, followed by post-processing
Day 3: final ART session (if needed), concluding session
3. Intensive Session(s)
Sessions are conducted in a structured, supportive format, paced according to your needs with attention to regulation and grounding.
4. Follow-Up
We review progress, discuss next steps, and determine whether additional sessions or supports are recommended.
Pricing
ART intensives are billed at the standard session rate of $225 per 90-minute session.
The number and length of sessions are determined based on clinical need, treatment goals, and scheduling considerations, and will be discussed during consultation.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, documentation for possible reimbursement can be provided upon request.
