Schedule your session

You’ve made it this far! Ready to feel better? Online self-scheduling is available any time, 24/7/365.

To schedule an in-person session, please select “In-person Appointments at Civano Office” when prompted. Once I have received the notification for the appointment request, you will be provided with the specific address for your in-person session. If you would like more information about my office for in-person sessions, please use the “Contact Me” form under the “Contact” page on this website.

All services require an initial intake appointment to get started. Please select “Initial Intake and Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation” for your first appointment type, and after the initial appointment you will have access to an online portal to schedule whichever type of service you are interested in.

If you do not see an available time that works for you, please reach out as your schedule may be accommodated; phone number and email can be found here at the Psychology Today listing.

Do you offer free consultations?

Finding the right therapist is important, and I understand that choosing someone can feel like a big decision.

Instead of offering brief consultation calls, I encourage prospective clients to explore my website, review my approach to therapy, and reach out with any logistical questions through the contact form on my Contact Me page or by sending me a message through my Psychology Today profile. My website is designed to provide detailed information about my specialties, treatment approaches, and what it's like to work with me.

Because therapy is a significant investment of both time and resources, I believe it's more helpful to determine whether we're a good fit through a comprehensive first session than through a brief phone call. During your first appointment, we'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine whether my approach aligns with your needs. If I believe another provider would better serve you, I'll do my best to provide appropriate referrals.
